Allan is a First Nations mining entrepreneur that started working in the mining sector in 1993. During his career he has worked with some of the most talented people in geosciences that have mentored him throughout his career.

In 2005, Allan founded Allan Barry Reports and the success of his reports opened doors for appearing many times on business television and online media. His reports are highly respected with some of the top talent in the sector appearing as guests on his online shows broadcast on his website.

Alset Energy will benefit from his experience and network of professionals in the mining sector, as well as a broad network of retail to institutional investors following his work, as it moves through a strategic phase for the Company’s growth prospects in the lithium sector.

Throughout his career, Gennen McDowall has held senior positions at major mining companies and has been a director of several public mining companies. His experience and network of contacts in the mining and financial sector will be valuable as he helps guide Alset’s Board of Directors.

Gennen McDowall, aged 66, is a geophysicist with over 40 years of international mining exploration experience. He holds a first-class honours degree in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia.

He has worked for both major and junior mining companies since 1974, including Anglo American Corporation. His experience includes exploration for uranium, diamonds, base and precious metals. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance through his work with several publicly listed junior mining companies.

Mr. Fretwell graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with his Bachelor of Laws degree.

Since that time, Mr. Fretwell has been a practicing solicitor in the City of Vancouver, primarily in areas of resource and securities law. In addition, Mr. Fretwell is a Director or Officer of various publicly traded companies including Asanko Gold, Auryn Resources Corp., Coro Mining Corp., Benton Resources Corp. and Canada Rare Earth Corp.

Director

Mr. Harper is a professional accountant with more than 25 years experience in corporate finance and administration with public companies listed in both Canada and the United States, primarily in the mining and high technology industries.

Currently he is the CFO, Vice-President Finance and Corporate Secretary of Ondine Biomedical Inc., a private biotech company that was formerly listed on the TSX. Prior to joining that company, he was the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

John Harper BSc, P.Geol

Mr. Harper is an international mineral exploration geoscientist and consultant with over 30 years industry experience in base and precious metals, manganese, ­­­uranium and diamond exploration. He is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO). His international experience has taken him to projects throughout North America, Brazil and Africa. He was integral within a very successful team responsible for multiple discoveries of economic Athabasca Basin uranium deposits. While working for Noranda Exploration, he managed several base and precious metal programs in Ontario, Saskatchewan and NWT. He took a leadership role in bringing digital mapping technologies to Noranda's Thunder Bay office. As a consulting geologist, he has been responsible for precious metal exploration programs in Nevada and Canada. He spent two years working in Red Lake, Ontario supervising both surface and underground exploration programs. He supervised diamond drill programs where underground holes reached depths of up to 1,400 m from collar and surface holes of up to 2,200 m from collar. While working underground he obtained his Common Core for Generic First Line Supervisor certificate. For the past several years, his expertise has taken him to Brazil where he has managed comprehensive exploration programs for diamonds or manganese. Working with local Brazilians he was responsible for conducting a bulk sample program of a diamondiferous kimberlite. His research and exploration expertise as well as his team leadership of local workers has led to the development of producing manganese mines from green fields beginnings in Brazil. He was instrumental in integrating a major private investment firm into the manganese business within Brazil. He has authored/co-authored NI 43-101 compliant reports for both American and Canadian based companies. Mr. Harper is a resident of Calgary, Alberta.

Brian Robertson

Mr. Robertson is President and CEO of Source Exploration Corp, advancing the Las Minas project in Veracruz State, Mexico. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate management, direction of exploration programs, project management, mine permitting, mine construction and development as well as mine operations and the evaluations of corporate acquisitions. During his 21 year career with Placer Dome, he operated open pit and underground mines in Canada and was Area Manager for the South Deep mine, South Africa. He served as President of Victory Nickel and Nuinsco Resources and is currently a director of Romios Gold Resources Ltd., Appia Energy Corp. and Minnova Corp. Over the last seven years, Mr. Robertson has directed exploration activities in Mexico and has development a number of business relationships with people involved with the Mexican mining industry. He is a graduate Mining Engineer from the University of Alaska, with a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Laurentian University and a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Mr. Wu has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 1976. In addition, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1969 and his MBA in 1971. In the last 37 years, Mr. Wu has worked with various public companies in providing accounting and management services. He is experienced in cost control, feasibility studies, budgeting, cash forecasts, proforma financial statements, Canadian income taxes and mining business. Mr. Wu is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Imperial Mines Inc., a junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Jose de Jesus Parga

Mr. Parga is a renowned Mexican geologist (National Award in Geology, 2005, by AIMMGM). For the past nine years, he has worked on lithium projects in central Mexico, including Alset's concessions. In addition to exploration geology duties, he managed relations with the government institutions and the rural communities. Mr. Parga has been very active with the project, helping enormously with Alset's due diligence work and continued evaluation of the properties. Mr. Parga also resides in the region.

Gilberto Zapata

Mr. Zapata is an entrepreneur and mining executive from Zacatecas, Mexico. His work history includes participation with numerous mining ventures throughout the district and ownership of small businesses. Mr. Zapata has provided invaluable assistance and continues to play a key role in the project development. Mr. Zapata is a graduate of Tecnologico de Monterrey and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Zapata resides in Zacatecas, Mexico.
